Bourglinster

Felix Pütz (1838-1911) was a farmer and politician. From 1875 to 1911, he was a member of the Chamber of Deputies and, from 1867, a city council member for the parish of Junglinster. On January 18, 1882, Felix Pütz, the son of the former mayor, Antoine Pütz, became mayor of the parish of Junglinster, a post which he held for 36 years. In 1902, he was named an officer of the “Ordre de la Couronne de chêne”.
