Pavillon „um Fréinert“ Junglinster. The hiking trails J1/J2/J3/J4/J5/J6 pass by.

In Junglinster, a dwarf found himself in love with a girl from the village. They could not keep it hidden from the pastor for long, and the pastor earnestly tried to convince the girl of her mistake. The shocked girl promised to avoid contact with the dwarf, and though she told him of her decision, he still would not leave her alone and found her wherever she went. She told the pastor of the dwarfs importunity and asked him to help her. The pastor, who did not know what to do, had an old shepherd from Beidweiler brought to him who was known for possessing secret means, and asked him to help keep the dwarf away from the girl. After much thought, the shepherd took a handful of salt which he dissolved in water, dipped a piece of bread in it, sprinkled sulfur over it and left it to dry in the oven. The girl was to eat this bread before the dwarf’s next visit and, when he appeared, to press against her body. She did so, and as a quiet sound was heard, the dwarf left in disgust and was never seen again. L'Evêque de la Basse Moûturie, 297
