Vantage point on the path through the biotope from CR 121 to Graulinster Reachable via the hiking trail J3/ Extratour-D

Thanks to its location and soil characteristics, the biotope “Geespert” at 335 m with its protected flora offers fertile ground numerous flora and fauna, some quite rare. In spring, the orchides are in full bloom. There is also an enchanting view of the Wiesental valley in the distance. On the horizon, the mysterious “Beelebësch” is visible, with the “Hésterbesch” to the right. On a clear day, the houses of Graulinster can also be seen. Due to the sensitive environment and to protect the plants, we ask that you stay on the narrow foot path.
