The old English oak in the “Häregaass” in front of the former vicarage is an imposing natural monument which has seen much. With a circumfrance of 5 m and well over 300 years old, this protected tree is the symbol of Godbringen. Although time has knawed it well and it has already been the subject of various “cosmetic” operations, it is hoped that the tree will continue to beautify the venerable “Häregaass” for many years more.
